My introduction to acupuncture was in my late teens due to struggling with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome for 5 years. Surgeries, numerous specialist consultations, daily pain killers and many dismissals later, I was recommended by a family friend to try acupuncture. Very sceptical and afraid of needles it was a last resort & not only did it resolve my symptoms, it changed my life (dramatic but true).

TCM sees the person holistically, acknowledging all your symptoms (as unrelated as they may seem), including your emotional wellbeing & your environment and how they can manifest physically. Treatments focus on the root cause of these symptoms to prevent them from reoccurring — for long term results.

I welcome all humans & aim to create a safe space where you can feel confident and supported.

My weekends often look like: waking early for a walk or run, buying fresh produce from the local market, good coffee, visiting record stores, going to a gig and being in bed by midnight.
