My introduction to acupuncture was in my late teens due to struggling with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome for 5 years. Surgeries, numerous specialist consultations, daily pain killers and many dismissals later, I was recommended acupuncture — Not only did it resolve my symptoms, it changed my life.
TCM sees the person holistically, acknowledging all symptoms (as unrelated they may seem), including your emotional wellbeing, your environment and how they can impact your physical health. It is a preventative medicine, supporting your body in maintaining good health & avoiding disease. Treatments are extremely individual due to this nature and focus on the root cause of an issue with long term results.
I welcome all humans & aim to create a safe space where you can feel confident and supported.
My weekends often look like: waking early for a long run, buying fresh produce from the local market, good coffee, visiting record stores, going to a gig and being in bed by midnight.
