My introduction to acupuncture was in my late teens due to struggling with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome for 5 years. Surgeries, numerous specialist consultations and many dismissals later, found me in an alternative TCM clinic - I finally felt heard.

I never considered practicing until I came to a point of burnout due to my chaotic lifestyle in advertising. Waking with anxiety and nausea far too often, I quit my job and allowed myself the break I needed — to reflect on what I wanted to do with my time and energy. A few strange coincidences later and a lot of support from my loved ones, gave me the push I needed to start a four year bachelor degree in Chinese medicine. It just felt, ‘right’.

TCM sees the person holistically, acknowledging all symptoms (as unrelated they may seem), including your emotional wellbeing, your environment and how they can impact your physical health. It is a preventative medicine, supporting your body in maintaining good health & avoiding disease. Treatments are extremely individual due to this nature and focus on the root cause of an issue with long term results, rather than slapping a plaster over a wound that can easily reopen.

I welcome all humans & aim to create a safe space where you can feel confident and supported.

My weekends often look like: waking early & buying fresh produce from the local market, good coffee, a long walk, embarrassing myself at the skatepark, dinner with friends, going to a gig and being in bed by midnight.
